As a leading Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Broker, Danielle Hoston Wrighster constantly searches for new and innovative ways to add value and increase cash flow to investment properties. She specializes in the South Los Angeles area because she sees limitless opportunities to help the community flourish, as well as her clients. Danielle firmly believes in finding “win-win” solutions for her clients and that every problem has a solution. She works tirelessly to empower her clients with tools to build wealth in their real estate portfolio by creating a customized plan to suit the needs and goals of every client.

 

An alumnus of UCLA, Danielle majored in Communications with a specialization in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she began her career at Grubb & Ellis Property Management Services as a Corporate Accountant. She obtained her broker’s license and joined Marcus & Millichap in 2001. She immediately garnered attention for her fortitude and ability to identify properties that had strong investment potential and justify the value of exclusive representation with sellers. Her vision allowed her to see the opportunities for her clients in the Los Angeles apartment market, and was subsequently honored as Rookie of the Year in her first year as an agent. It was first of many recognitions and awards to come. She was also honored with two National Achievement Awards in Maui, Hawaii and brokered 200+ deals totaling more than $150 million. In 2008, Danielle was recognized for being one of the top commercial real estate brokers at RE/MAX Commercial Real Estate and her team led the way to many achievements. Most recently, Keller Williams Commercial awarded The Hoston Team recognition of being the Platinum Level in sales production in 2013. To Danielle, her biggest career accomplishment is seeing the individual success of the agents she has mentored.

 

As an investor in real estate, Danielle owns multiple investment properties in the Los Angeles Area and believes that her experience as an investor has greatly strengthened her ability as a broker to understand her clients’ needs and investor issues. As an investor in the community in which she sells, Danielle utilizes her passion for financial and investment education to inspire others through numerous outlets. She often speaks at real estate, women's, young professionals, and children’s events about entrepreneurialism, real estate investments, and making wise financial decisions. Danielle has also been published in various publications as a financial and investment expert as well as featured offering insight and advice on many radio and television programs; including The OWN Show, The Ricki Lake Show, The Talk, Women's Health, ABC News, Sirius Radio, BlogTalk Radio. She enjoys being a mother, spending time with family and friends, dance classes, fantasy football, attending sporting events, traveling and teaching consumer investment strategy to young students in Los Angeles.

 Erica Walden​

Erica graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2001 and began her career litigating property owners claims arising from the 1994 Earthquake.  Eventually her practice expanded to probate, estate planning, real estate and general civil litigation.

Erica’s experience includes working as an entitlement specialist, project manager and plan processor for a real estate developer/builder.  She is also a professor of psychology within in the Los Angeles Community College District.

Erica enjoys working with her clients to achieve their real estate goals.
